A single package of works
Strip-out, builder's work, dry lining, MF and suspended ceilings, mechanical and electrical, commercial flooring, hygienic and PVC wall panelling, fire doors, fire stopping, decorating, washrooms, tea points, classroom furniture and bespoke reception desks are all delivered under one contract.
That removes the coordination burden from your estates or facilities team. There is one programme to review, one site contact to call, and one party responsible when trades overlap.
Working around live buildings
Schools and colleges rarely have the luxury of an empty building, so we plan around it: phased handovers, term-time working with clear segregation, or full delivery inside a summer or half-term window. Commercial clients get the same treatment with evening, weekend and out-of-hours programmes.
All operatives are DBS checked where required, RAMS are issued before we start, and dust, noise and access are managed so the rest of the site keeps running.
Compliance and handover
Fire stopping, fire doors, hygienic finishes, slip-rated flooring and accessible layouts are specified to the relevant standards, with certification and O&M documentation supplied at handover rather than chased afterwards.
Snagging is completed with your representative before we leave, and we return for any aftercare directly. Our client list includes education providers, veterinary practices, financial services and food manufacturers, see the projects page for recent examples.
